Guang Er Mei’s on-site installation follows a structured, low-disruption workflow designed for operational continuity in active workshops. After final design approval and factory testing, our local Huizhou-based installation team coordinates with your facility manager to schedule deployment during non-peak hours or planned downtime. The process includes: (1) pre-installation verification of floor leveling, power/data access points, and anchoring conditions; (2) staged assembly using modular components—stainless steel frames are secured with vibration-dampening mounts; lean tube structures are torque-calibrated per ISO 9001 standards; (3) integration checks for utility interfaces (e.g., anti-static grounding, pneumatic couplings, cable management routing); and (4) joint commissioning with your line supervisors, including load validation (up to rated capacity), ergonomic assessment, and 6S alignment verification. All installations include as-built documentation and a signed handover checklist. No third-party contractors are used—we retain full accountability from design through commissioning.
